Our new drums - the MELODYsnares:

The Drum-El-Stettner finally possess a professional equipment. Our equipage consists of 12 brand-new drums  (series "Force 3007" in "Red Sparkle") delivered by premium-producer SONOR. The sound is HUGE ! ! !

Because of our tonal way of playing different sizes of drums are required, this is why the series “Force 3007” is ideal. Due to the large assortment of prefabricated snare drums and tom-toms in many different sizes we could tune our “tone pitch” quite well. Our currently largest drum is a 16"x16" Floor Tom (tuned to C), the smallest is a 8"x7" TomTom (tuned to D).

Rebuiling the tom-toms into fly snare drums was our studio-maestro Roland Winkler’s job.

He also had the right touch for the proximate "transformations" of all the snare drums into tonal drums ("MELODYsnares").

(The “secret ingredience” of rebuilding the drums won`t be given away.)

Already during the rehearsals the sound of the new drums has convinced us. Moreover the public appearances with our new drums were exceedingly satisfactory!
